A friend once said that keeping it local is the best thing you can do for our environment. CaterCater are keen to impress upon all of our clients that we support all local businesses local that is, to our clients themselves. This ensures that our menus are as fresh and ethical as they can be.

Relationship building is not reserved solely for our clients. We encourage and develop strong relationships with local privately owned suppliers too. This ensures that we always have access to top quality ingredients from seasonal fruit and vegetables to home grown meat and fish products whilst at the same time keeping any ecological impact to our planet to an all time low.

In addition to supporting our local suppliers, wherever possible we also like to promote fair trade and organic products. This ensures that our menus are kept fresh, ethical and affordable; a mix which is often difficult to find when it comes to modern catering solutions. In many cases, by cutting out the middle man and dealing direct with the producer, CaterCater not only protects the planet, we also protect our clients' pockets.
