Our management team is second to none. As mentioned previously, each client old and new, is allocated a member of this highly trained and motivated catering team, to deal with all of their enquiries, needs from the initial conversation right through to completion. We ensure that each member of our catering management team only ever has a handful of clients at one time, each one is handpicked to match a specific client’s personality and requirements, ensuring a great partnership from the outset.

It is important to us that we expand ahead of our clients' needs. We always recruit in excess of demand, initiating full training from the outset. Although we hand pick our teams using highly successful recruitment processes, it is important to us that the CaterCater culture is followed and nurtured by all employees, thus encouraging high levels of innovation and creativity within our staff members. This is then passed on to our clients through forged relationships, exciting menus and a constant source of support.

We are proud to say that all members of our catering management team have training and experience in all aspects of our business. Not only do they manage their accounts whilst maintaining and developing strong relationships, they too are involved at a practical level. It is difficult to realise a company’s catering dreams with no experience outside of an office. We want to keep our promises and if knowing our business and team members inside out ensures that we do this then so be it!
